From the moment I spoke with Artur, I knew I was talking to someone with both know-how and integrity. We diagnosed the potential problem - leaking from under the bath which almost caused my kitchen to be deluged and caused power outages which took two days to get back online - but where was the water coming from?? And my bath is a single unit with no easy access which needed to be disengaged from the wall - not straightforward! We planned ahead and agreed on the work, which was carried out with care, diagnosed, (turned out to be coming from two cheeky places!) solved and made good with Artur, his assistant and eventually his tiler - and allowed the rest of the bathroom to remain in use for a guest. Every part of the job went well, the costing was fair, the work completed well and with consideration. I wish there were more trades and plumbers with this level of transparency and care in London! Highest possible recommendation from me. Very happy.
